We have a fast and efficient dispatch and delivery system, which includes Australia Post and Courier Services depending on your location.  We normally hold stock of all products.  In the event that we are unable to fill your order one of our friendly staff will contact you.  Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours.  We are situated in Queensland so no shipments will be made on Queensland public holidays.

Dispatch

Where Australia Post options have been selected and the order has been received with approved payment before 3.30 AEST, your order will be dispatched on the same day.  If orders or payments are received after that time, the order will be dispatched the following day. 

Where Fastway Courier Options have been selected and the order has been received with approved payment before 12.30 AEST, your order will be dispatched on the same day.  If orders or payments are received after that time, the order will be dispatched the following day. Please note, courier services are not available between Christmas and New Year.

Freight Options

We have invested heavily in technology and time to provide our clients with a wide range of competitive shipping methods for all areas of Australia.  Cost of freight is dependant on packed cubic weight and destination of the parcel and will automatically be calculated at checkout

Australia Parcel Post:

We provide Australia Parcel Post to all areas of Australia.  A quote for this postal charge, either by regular or express post can be obtained from our ‘shipping estimator’.  Enter your desired items to the shopping cart and then proceed to ‘My Cart’.  At the bottom of ‘My Cart’ is a ‘Shipping Estimate’.  Enter your ‘State’ and ‘Postcode’ and an estimate of shipping costs will be provided.  On completion of your purchase, the ‘checkout’ will again calculate different shipping rates.  Click on the shipping method you wish to choose and the shipping cost will be added to your order.

Australia Post Satchels
For smaller orders we provide shipment via Australia Post Regular and Express satchels.   The cost of Post satchels if applicable will be displayed in the ‘shipping estimate’ in ‘My Cart’ and in the ‘Checkout’.  Please refer above for instructions on how to see these estimates.


Fastway Courier Service
For most major areas of Australia we offer the competitive service of Fastway Couriers.  If this courier service is available in your area a courier price will appear in the ‘shipping estimate’ and ‘The Checkout’.
Couriers CAN NOT deliver to Post Office boxes so requests for a courier delivery must be to a street address.
Please also note that whilst our online ‘shipping estimate’ or ‘Checkout’ may indicate that your area is serviced by the courier company, some outlying areas may not be serviced.  Some country areas are depot service only.  If you consider that you maybe in such an area, please contact us to check.  Alternatively, if you select ‘courier’ and service is not available to your area, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
If you are not going to be present to receive a courier delivery, please advise us of where you would like the parcel left.
