PLACIDE Xtra

PLACIDE - XTRA is a highly available form of potassium and magnesium blend (ratio 1:1) the ideal ratio, with boron and vitamin E.

POTASSIUM: Potassium is a key factor in keeping blood pressure at the right level for maximum cardiovascular health. It is important for competing horses to be supplemented with potassium. This is to pump sodium out of the horse's body cells and to reduce body fluid retention.

VITAMIN E: Vitamin E is a potent anti oxidant and aids in boosting the horse's immune system enabling it to fight off infectious diseases and healing. Vitamin E is also essential to protect horses against heart disease including cardiomyopathy.
