Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visacard), directly into our bank account (electronic funds transfer) or by cheque. Payment by credit card will be made through EWAY 's secure payment system. Please note that orders paid by electronic funds transfer or by cheque will not be despatched until Naturapet has the cleared funds appear in our bank account. Bank details will be provided at checkout when selecting the Electronic Funds Transfer payment option.
Gift certificates and other vouchers issued by Naturapet can be used as payment for online orders. Items not in stock. From time to time items may become out of stock. If we receive an order for which we are out of stock we will notify you immediately with an estimated timeframe for its dispatch. If the delay in dispatch is excessive or the item becomes permanently unavailable we will contact you to supply an alternative product or offer you a full refund. We will not charge you for partial dispatches. Whilst we try to have all products in stock at all times, there will be instances when we are unable to due to supplier shortages.
Lost and damaged goods. Items dispatched from our warehouse leave in good condition.If however, you receive any product that is damaged, contact us immediately as per the details on our contact page to arrange a replacement. The report of damaged Items will also necessitate the completion of complaint forms either with Australia Post of Fastway Courier Services
If your product is lost during delivery, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
