The Equiforce Lightweight Turnout rug is a great choice for wet outdoor weather on mildly cold days.

The rug features a 600 Denier Polyester outer shell with a high quality fleece lining. The rug’s outer shell is coated with Du Pont, a long lasting waterproof application that provides superb protection in wet conditions while still remaining breathable.

Furthermore all seams are taped and a tail flap is added to ensure a waterproof finish. All stress points on the rug are boxed and surge stitched, increasing durability.

Shoulder gussets are included to provide greater freedom of movement and to help prevent rubbing of the shoulders on thin skinned horses. In addition fleece wither protection is added to help prevent rubbing of the horse’s upper neck and wither area.
